Thai massage is an incredibly versatile form of bodywork that allows for precise support in achieving your therapeutic goals — whether they involve pain reduction, increased mobility, deep relaxation, or nervous system regulation.

Thai massage originates from ancient healing techniques practiced in monasteries, as well as by rural healers, and as a widely accessible folk practice.
In my work, I am inspired by the four Brahmavihāras, also known as the "four sublime states of mind": Metta (unconditional loving-kindness), Karuna (compassion and the alleviation of suffering), Mudita (joy and appreciation of the moment), and Upekkha (inner peace and equanimity). By embodying these attitudes, I create a space of acceptance and harmony during the massage, making it a holistic experience that supports the body, mind, and emotions.
During the session, I work with my hands, forearms, legs, and feet. I combine the classical style with a dynamic approach, incorporating Osteothai and Wuothai techniques, as well as myofascial and craniosacral work, making each session unique and tailored to your needs.
The massage takes place on a mat, fully clothed, in close contact between myself and the person being massaged — which is why it is so important to wear comfortable, loose clothing that does not restrict movement. During the session, I apply deep pressure and various forms of stretching, which help release muscle tension, improve flexibility, and restore the proper flow of energy in the body. Regular practice improves range of motion, body awareness, and overall well-being.
